Terms & Conditions

Clear Terms. Strong Partnerships. Mutual  Success.

Welcome to Cruzlife Frontier. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and describe the general conditions associated with our freight dispatching support services.

By accessing our website, you agree to these website terms. Dispatching services are subject to a separate written Dispatch Service Agreement signed by the carrier and Cruzlife Frontier.

1. Our Services

Cruzlife Frontier provides independent freight dispatching and administrative support services to authorized motor carriers and owner-operators.

Depending on the service agreement, our support may include:

  • Freight load searches and load opportunity identification

  • Route planning and load coordination

  • Rate negotiation assistance as an authorized agent of the carrier

  • Communication and scheduling support

  • Load documentation and administrative assistance

  • Carrier-focused operational support

Services are customized to each client's operational needs, equipment, preferences, and agreed scope of work.

2. Independent Dispatching Relationship

Cruzlife Frontier operates as an independent dispatching service provider and does not represent itself as a licensed freight broker or motor carrier.

Dispatching services are performed on behalf of authorized motor carriers under an appropriate written agreement.

Cruzlife Frontier does not independently take possession of freight, operate transportation equipment, or assume responsibility for the physical transportation of cargo.

Nothing on this website establishes a broker-carrier relationship or authorizes activities requiring freight broker authority.

3. Carrier Responsibilities

Carriers remain responsible for maintaining applicable operating authority, commercial insurance, permits, registrations, driver qualifications, equipment safety, and compliance with federal and state transportation regulations.

Carriers retain responsibility for accepting or declining freight opportunities, operating their vehicles, transporting cargo, and fulfilling their contractual obligations.

4. Pricing and Payment

Dispatching fees, applicable percentages, payment schedules, and billing arrangements are established in the individual Dispatch Service Agreement.

No specific fee is established by these website Terms & Conditions.

Any additional charges or special services must be agreed upon in writing.

5. Availability and Communication

Cruzlife Frontier strives to provide responsive, reliable support tailored to the operational needs of its clients.

Where 24/7 support is offered, the specific availability, communication channels, response expectations, and any limitations will be defined in the applicable service agreement.

Continuous availability does not guarantee immediate responses, freight availability, or uninterrupted third-party services.

6. Freight Availability and Earnings

Freight opportunities, rates, shipment schedules, and market conditions are influenced by factors outside Cruzlife Frontier's control.

We do not guarantee a specific number of loads, minimum freight rates, weekly revenue, profitability, or continuous freight availability.

7. Cancellation and Termination

Either party may terminate dispatching services according to the notice requirements and conditions established in the signed Dispatch Service Agreement.

Any outstanding fees, previously agreed obligations, and pending administrative matters will be handled according to that agreement.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Cruzlife Frontier may use external load boards, communication systems, mapping applications, and other transportation-related platforms.

Such services are subject to their respective providers' terms and availability. Cruzlife Frontier does not control their independent operations or policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cruzlife Frontier is not responsible for losses resulting solely from the independent actions or omissions of carriers, brokers, shippers, or other third parties.

Any additional limitations, exclusions, and remedies will be governed by the applicable signed service agreement and controlling law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Confidentiality and Information

We respect the confidentiality of carrier business information and use information provided to us for legitimate business and service-related purposes.

Website data collection and processing practices should be described in our separate Privacy Policy.

11. Website Content

All website materials, including company branding, original written content, graphics, and other proprietary materials, are owned by Cruzlife Frontier or used with permission.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or misuse is prohibited except as permitted by law.

12. Updates to These Terms

Cruzlife Frontier may revise these website Terms & Conditions periodically.

Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date. Changes to an existing signed Dispatch Service Agreement require the process specified in that agreement.

13. Governing Law

These website Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of California, subject to controlling federal law and mandatory legal protections.
